Experience prior to Surveying & Drafting Services, Inc.:

• As an employee of H.M. Scott & Associates (1990-1995) - 100 miles of mapping the Metrolink project, writing numerous legal descriptions for the Gas Company, boundary establishment and writing legal descriptions for Southern Pacific Railroad and establishment of a CAD department at H.M. Scott & Associates.

• Israel: Construction of Tunnels, bridges, roads and high order state control points.

• Israel: GIS Computer Programmer to implement a Geographic Information System program (by ESRI) for the government department of Surveying & Mapping.
